They did attempt to fix the issue in the beginning, but the repair did not solve the leak. Since then, my attempts to get them to address the problem have largely been ignored. They blamed my chimney and advised me to have it inspected. I followed their recommendation and spent $500 to have a chimney inspection completed, and I also got a second opinion from another roofing company. Both concluded that the chimney is not the issue and that the flashing is the likely cause of the leak.
I have been dealing with this for 10 months. During that time, the ongoing water intrusion has led to mold growth and wood rot. There are also other installation issues, but at this point, my main concern is simply having a roof that doesn't leak.
If you're looking for value, quality workmanship, and good communication, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
Metal roof placed 5 years ago. We have had leaks every single spring and with some rain storms. They have sent people out and nothing has changed. More water this spring. My walls and ceilings are damaged. This roof was a significant investment. Nightmare situation!
